Patient initiated review
Your consultant or nurse specialist may have assessed you as being suitable for a patient initiated review. A patient initiated review appointment process allows you to make a future appointment at a time when you feel that it is needed, rather than setting up a fixed appointment which might be unnecessary when that time comes.
You can ask for a review appointment with us at any point in the future, so long as the reason for your appointment is related to your current condition. For any new condition you will need to visit your GP.
