Staff who suspect improper practices or criminal offences are occurring relating to fraud, theft, bribery or corruption within NHS Highland should report these to the Fraud Liaison Officer (FLO) or deputy Fraud Liaison Officer via their line manager, but may report directly where the line manager or Head of Department is unavailable or where this would delay reporting.
