Patient and staff stories
Everyone’s journey with food and health is different. These short stories are here to give you a feel for what to expect and to hear, in their own words, what the experience has been like for others. They focus on personal goals, small changes, and what has helped along the way.
Sarah's video below presents a real experience from someone who has taken part in Live it Highland. You will also hear from one of our staff on their experience of delivering Live it Highland and what to expect when coming along to a group.
We hope these stories help you feel more informed, reassured, and supported as you think about your own next steps.
