Face-to-face appointments

You may be invited to Raigmore Hospital for a face-to-face outpatient appointment.

It is a good idea to bring your appointment letter and show it at the reception desk.

Most appointments on site will be in the outpatient department. The outpatient entrance is one of the first buildings you see on your right after turning into the hospital site. Enter the outpatient clinic and ask at the reception desk for neuropsychology and you will be guided to the right clinic waiting room.

Memory

Memory difficulties can often be a problem in day to day life. The best evidence tells us that changing your environment helps you remember to do things. The best way to remember to do things is by setting up a memory system at home to make it easier for you.
