Our values
On this page
Our core values are the principles and beliefs that we use to guide us as we deliver health and care, and they are pivotal to our future.
NHS Highland's core values are the same as those for NHS Scotland as a whole. We take these values seriously and strive to demonstrate them in our individual and organisational behaviours.
These important concepts should apply to everything that we do as individuals. They ensure that all colleagues, partners and service users are treated in a fair, consistent and non-discriminatory way.
