Listen to Us

The Highland Children's Forum and Highland Youth Voice have been working together on the Listen to Us campaign. Their hope is to promote the involvement of children and young people (including those who may be harder to hear or more difficult to engage) in decisions which affect them at all levels from personal planning through to service design and provision.

"Listen to Us" is a section in the newly, revamped Highland Children's Forum website.  This section seeks to bring together a range of materials about involvement of children and young people, describing the 'How' and 'Who', 'What', 'Why', 'Which' and 'Where' of involving children and young people.

The Highland Children's Forum website holds a wealth of information.  Additional areas of particular interest include the Image Library, with drawings and comments from children and young; and the 'Are we there yet?' section, with some good practice ideas.
