Her positive experience in the nursing home opened doors to a career in health and social care. Ariane joined NHS Highland as a support worker, where she earned her first vocational qualification, a Scottish Vocational Qualification Level 2 (SVQ L2). This marked the beginning of her journey of continuous professional development within the NHS.
