Our cultural transformation programme - Listening, Learning and Living Our Values.

Listening, Learning and Living Our Values includes:

  • finding ways to promote the behaviours we want to encourage
  • updating structure, like our Board and Committee structures
  • improving processes, like grievance and bullying procedures
  • a new approach to recruitment, including continuous recruitment to posts like nursing, and recruiting people who share our values
  • The Healing Process (now concluded), a unique programme to support and learn from people who experienced bullying or harassment which was accessed by over 300 people

Employee Assistance Programme

The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a confidential service. This is delivered by Health Assured, a professional and independent workplace health and wellbeing provider.

OpenLine

OpenLine is NHS Highland's speak up and whistleblowing service, here to provide confidential support to colleagues across our organisation.

Whatever workplace matter you need to discuss, our team of two Confidential Contact advisers is here to listen and support you.

We operate Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and can arrange online calls or face-to-face meetings - whatever works best for you.
