8 September 2025: Refurbishment disruption
There is major renovation being conducted in the reception area of Alness Medical Practice (Robertson Health Centre) during the week beginning Monday 8 September. We aim to continue to operate as routine a clinic as possible, however some disruptions will occur. This will result in practice patients not being able to use the front entrance, patient reception and waiting room. This will also impact dental patients. Signs will direct patients to the temporary entrance.
The renovations will also impact the practice telephones. Temporary telephone numbers have been set up for the duration of the renovation, however due to the volume of calls the practice receives daily, and the inability of the temporary phones to be held in a queue, the ability to call will be significantly impacted - therefore you are advised to call for emergency appointments only. The temporary phone numbers to be used for the week are:
