The NHS Highland 3 Year Strategic Workforce Plan 2022-2025 (pdf) is intended to draw together and monitor key actions to assist NHS Highland in ensuring we have the right people with the right skills in place, at the right time, to deliver our future services. It is aligned to our NHS Highland Together We Care Strategy 2022-2027, as well as our associated Annual Delivery Plan 2022-2023.

The Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership’s Strategic Workforce Plan for 2022-2025 (pdf) is intended to support the Joint Strategic Plan, covering the same time period, with a view to ensuring we have the right people with the right skills in place to deliver remobilised services following the pandemic.
