Annual Delivery Plan

Our Annual Delivery Plan sets out the priorities that are shaping NHS Highland's work.

It describes how we are responding to growing demand and financial pressures while continuing to improve access, reduce inequalities, strengthen services, support our workforce and to enable transformation. Most importantly, it explains how these priorities connect to better outcomes for the people and communities we serve.  

This closely links with our Operational Improvement Plan, which tracks the key deliverables aligned to Scottish Government priorities.

We encourage colleagues, partners and members of the public to take a few minutes to read the plan and see the wide range of improvement and transformation work being delivered across NHS Highland for our population.

Together, these actions will help us build a more sustainable, effective and person-centred health and care system for the future.
